• What kind of cards can I have made?

  Really you can have any kind of card printed. Gift Card, Loyalty Card, Membership Card, ID Badge, Photo Card and so much more. No matter what you would like, we always print on what is called a “ 30mil CR80” size card. That is your typical Gift Card size card, at 3 ⅜” wide by 2 ⅛” high.

• What is the minimum order size?

  The amazing thing about the technology we use here at Quickcards is that we have no minimum order quantity. None, zero, zilch, nada! Although it does not make much sense for you to order “0” cards, so I guess technically it is 1.

• Can I put my own photo on a card?

  You bet! Take a tour through our online designer and see for yourself how easy it is!

• What are the artwork guidelines?

  Our final design files must be 86.5mm x 55mm at 360dpi. You always want to ensure that you use U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 as your colour space as well. For the full artwork specs or to download our ready-made templates, take a trip on over to our Design Requirements

• How long will it take to get my cards?

  Our name is Quickcards for a reason! For orders under 5,000 cards, your cards will ship within 72 business hours from receiving approval. Orders over 5,000 cards are subject to longer production times, however, we almost always are able to ship within the 72-hour timeline. If you absolutely need your cards by a specific date, please do contact us prior to submitting your order so we can ensure that we can meet your expectations!

• What type of print process is used?

  We are not shy about what we do, and we certainly have no secrets. Our cards are printed on a machine called a “Cardline Colour Versa”. This printing machine prints using CMYK colour heads on one side and K (black) only on the other side. • How much does it cost to order custom cards?

  The price of our cards certainly varies based on what you are looking for. As a good ballpark though, 500 cards start at $0.85/card. For a full pricing list please take a look at our Pricing page. For custom-quotes feel free to contact us

• Can you design my cards for me?

  Absolutely we can! We have a dedicated in-house team of designers that know what makes a card design POP! We would be more than happy to help you out with your design, or even create one from scratch! Head on over to our Design Services page for more information

• If I have more than one design can my order be split between designs or do I need to create a separate order for each design?

  Design away! Feel free to add as many different designs as you would like to your order, you won’t hear us complaining.

• I don’t have a printer, how do I sign the artwork proof and send it back to you?

  For online store orders, you actually approve your design directly through the online portal! No further approval is necessary. If you are completing a custom order with us, then simply reply-all to the e-mail that was sent to you containing the proof letting us know it is approved, and that is perfect. We will keep this e-mail on file as your approval of the order.

• When do I have to pay for my order?

  Payment on orders are made when you check-out. If your order is for more than $1,000 and you would like payment terms, please contact us and we will help get you set-up! New customers will always be required to pay 50% at check-out, regardless of order value. For custom orders (i.e. not through the online store), please replace ‘check-out’ with ‘upon proof-approval’ with the above comments

• Can I get a refund if I change my mind on an order?

  Unfortunately, once your cards have been printed, we are unable to issue any refunds. If you have a concern with the quality of your cards due to an error at our end, please contact us. We stand by our product and if it is determined that we caused an issue with your cards, we will certainly re-print them, or offer you a credit on your next order.

• Can I see some samples of your cards?

  Absolutely. Just head on over Contact Us page, and fill out the form to request a sample package from us!

• Can you make a sample of my custom card?

  Most certainly we can! For a NON-PERSONALIZED sample of your card (i.e. no variable numbers or scratch-off labels), simply check the box to send you a sample of each applicable designs proof approval window. Applicable charges will apply. Samples on orders of less than 10 cards require payment upfront.

• How can I track my order status?

  If you have created an account with us, you are able to track your order status through your online account. Simply Log-In, head to ‘My Account’ and ‘Order History’. In here you can see the current status of any current and past orders, including tracking numbers. If you require more information on a specific order, please contact us and have your account information and order number handy. If you did not create an account with us, we send updates throughout the order process to the e-mail on your account to let you know when your order has shipped and been delivered!

• What size are the cards?

  We print on standard 30mil CR80 cards. These are your typical “Gift Card’ size cards at 3 ⅜” wide by 2 ⅛” high.

• Do you print cards on material other than plastic?

  A vast majority of our cards are printed on plastic, with a standard secondary option being recycled paper! With that said we have printed custom on a wide range of substrates, even wood! For more information on our card stocks head over to our Card Stock Options page

• What is the best card finish to print my artwork on?

  The answer to this depends on your artwork and what kind of end result you are looking for. While there are some general guidelines about what works best, there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach here. • How much is shipping?

  Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and vary based on the shipping method, location and number of packages.
